The information on the NeuroSoup website is not intended to promote the use of illegal substances. It is for harm reduction and educational purposes only. NeuroSoup does not recommend, promote, or suggest the use of illegal substances, prescription medications, or supplements. The information and videos on this website should not be used for any other purpose than education. Taking illegal drugs, prescription medications, and supplements can be harmful to your health and possibly even deadly.

 

User Submissions and Conduct

You agree that you will not submit violence, hate, illegal activity, or porn. Any videos or posts that violate these guidelines will be deleted.

If you are doing drugs on film, we assume that you are in a state or country where it is legal to do so.

If you are teaching, creating how to guides, or tutorials about making drugs, we assume that you are making the video in a state or country where it is legal to do so with the intention of your audience being in a state or country where it is legal to do so.

You also agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights, have permission from their rightful owner to post the material, you believe the material is in the public domain, or you believe to be using the material under "Fair Use". See below.

You shall be solely responsible for your own submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize NeuroSoup to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all submissions to enable inclusion and use of the submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service.

You retain all of your ownership rights in your submissions. However, by submitting videos, you hereby grant NeuroSoup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the submissions in connection with the NeuroSoup Website, including without limitation for promoting the NeuroSoup Website in any media formats and through any media channels.

You also hereby grant each user of the NeuroSoup Website a non-exclusive license to access your submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service.

 

Limitation of Liability

Use this website at your own risk! In no event shall NeuroSoup, or its employees, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from anything involved with using this website. NeuroSoup does not recommend, promote, or suggest the use of illegal substances, prescription medications, or supplements. The information and videos on this website should not be used for any other purpose than education. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NeuroSoup from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the NeuroSoup Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the NeuroSoup Website.

 

Fair Use Notice

Some content in the NeuroSoup website may contain copyrighted (C) material, or derivative works of copyrighted (C) material, the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. Such material is made available for educational purposes, to advance understanding of human rights, democracy, scientific, moral, ethical, and social justice issues, etc. It is believed that this constitutes a "fair use" of any such copyrighted material as provided for in Title 17 U.S.C. section 107 of the US Copyright Law. This material is distributed without profit and the information is distributed for education purposes only.
